SUSPENDED SCULPTURE.

A Place To Breathe Slowly

Brighton artists Claire Knill and Julian Deane will transform the Regency Townhouse into a temporary retreat from city life this March with their collaborative installation A Place to Breathe Slowly. Running over the weekend of 28–29 March, the exhibition brings together Knill’s large-scale suspended sculpture The Willow Tree and Deane’s immersive sound environment to create a space designed for quiet attention and slow experience.

As part of the exhibition we are also offering a live sound and projection performance of The Plough,

a Regency Sound Walk and a Breath and Compassion Circle. These are ticketed events that run alongside the free exhibition.
